Services

Whole-home treatment, point-of-use purification, commercial systems, and ongoing service for the systems we install.

Whole-Home Filtration

Filtered, pH-balanced water at every tap. Up to 11 phases of filtration with no salt, no electricity, no backwashing, and no routine maintenance.

  • Removes chlorine, chloramines, pharmaceuticals, and volatile organic compounds
  • Reduces "forever chemicals" such as PFOS and PFAS, plus heavy metals
  • Reduces petrochemicals, microplastics, insecticides, and herbicides
  • Prevents bacterial and microbial growth in the system
  • Prevents and removes existing scale buildup in pipes and appliances
  • Delivers alkaline, pH-balanced water throughout the home

Filtration media

  • Granulated activated carbon pre-sediment filter
  • Catalytic carbon
  • KDF-55, which reduces heavy metals including lead
  • Filtersorb SP3 and SP3-CT nucleation-assisted crystallisation media

Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water

Point-of-use purification for drinking and cooking, with six additional stages of filtration and a 1:1 water-to-waste ratio against an industry standard of 1:3.

  • Removes 99% of what is in the water that is not H₂O
  • Six additional stages of filtration beyond the membrane
  • Produces up to 75 gallons per day
  • Re-alkalises the water so it is no longer acidic
  • Removes forever chemicals such as PFOS and PFAS, and microplastics
  • Filters are straightforward to replace — no tools, no service call

Commercial & Custom Systems

Treatment systems designed around a specific site rather than sold from a catalogue — for businesses, multi-unit properties, and homes with unusual source water.

  • System designed around your water test results and daily demand
  • Whole-building approach rather than point-of-use patching
  • Built from the same materials and media as the residential systems

Service, Maintenance & Repair

Evaluation, adjustment, and repair by certified technicians, for systems we installed. We do not service equipment installed by others.

  • Full system evaluation and performance adjustment
  • Routine maintenance that catches problems before they become failures
  • Repair of NexGen water softeners and filtration equipment
  • Extends the working life of the system we put in

Common questions

What is hard water?

Water with a high level of dissolved solids — mostly calcium and magnesium. Those minerals build up as scale, which clogs pipes, shortens the life of water heaters and appliances, and leaves spots on glassware and fixtures.

What are the benefits of a whole-house filtration system?

Better taste and odour, removal of harmful contaminants, softer hair and skin, no more spending on bottled water, and less cleaning product needed because there is no scale to fight.

Why choose a salt-free system?

There is nothing to monitor and nothing to refill. No bags of salt to carry, no daily, weekly, or monthly checks, and no sodium added to the water you drink.

What does water softener service include?

A full system evaluation, performance adjustments, routine maintenance, and repairs — aimed at catching problems before they become failures and extending the life of the system.

Do you service all areas of Phoenix?

Yes. We cover every major Phoenix neighbourhood and zip code, along with Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Flagstaff, and Payson.
